In this Construction News’s article, Paul describes how Lendlease has supported its supply chain to deliver its policy of procuring timber only with FSC accreditation. Paul, working with the procurement department, pioneered this policy and showed that delivering sustainable timber could be done within the cost plan and to the delight of its customers.  From this, Paul’s team then trialled project-wide FSC certification at its big projects like the Olympic Village and Media City.
