Paul provided a keynote lecture on the state of current climate change emissions and the current emissions gap at the Construction Climate Challenge conference in Sweden, June 2018. The lecture presented the global situation and then looked at what was happening in Europe. The challenge of meeting emissions gap was presented, namely keeping future emissions at such a level so that we limit future atmospheric temperature increases to 1.5 0r 2 degrees Celsius rise.
