This clip is taking from a 50 minute film that documented the natural history and conservation status of the Great Apes. Whilst at WWF, Paul Toyne worked on the conservation of Great Apes especially highlighting the issue of hunting of them for an illegal international bushmeat market. Here Paul describes the needs for habitat management and more understanding so that people and apes can live within close proximity of each other. Broadcast July 1997
